Emergency Response Service

Having experienced a very dry summer this year, it comes as a surprise when we all experience the first deluge of rainfall and Yellowstone Environmental Solutions receive a sudden influx of emergency calls to assist with flooding.

Sadly, COVID-19 has impacted on many businesses during 2020 and due to furloughed staff, certain essential maintenance is overlooked or delayed; interceptors and drainage cleansing for one.

Just recently, Yellowstone Environmental Solutions have received a number of emergency call outs to clear blocked drainage and surcharging interceptors for both new and existing clients and you would be amazed what we have uncovered in these interceptors! Drinks cans have managed to get wedged in the internal pipework, extensive build-up of solids and sludges have completely filled all the chambers and in some cases the coalescing filters have perished and disintegrated beyond recognition.

Because of our approved and trusted network of subcontractors, Yellowstone can provide a quick response and have the right crew with the required skills and equipment to attend any emergency.

As one client stated after we attended one of his sites recently “As a business, we have the peace of mind that Yellowstone are only a phone call away”.

Emergencies such as flooding, a fuel or chemical spill or a pollution incident can occur at any time, day or night so here at Yellowstone, we ensure all our customers have access to our hotline number 24/7/365 .
